Czesia Langowska’s Post

Celebrating International Women’s Day Growing up in post-communist Poland and studying IT, I faced numerous challenges. It was a world where women were often relegated to tasks like fetching coffee or arranging meals, while the men dominated the technical roles. We had to work twice as hard to earn recognition in a field dominated by men. But times are changing. I’m thrilled to see more women entering the IT world, taking on leadership roles, and making their mark. We have so much to offer, and our contributions are finally being recognized. On this International Women’s Day, let’s celebrate the progress we’ve made, while acknowledging the journey ahead. Let’s continue to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and strive for equality. To all the women in IT and beyond, I salute your strength, your talent, and your courage. Let’s ally, support each other, and together, we can create a world of equal opportunities. #InternationalWomensDay #WomenInTech #EqualityMatters
