🌟  Celebrating Service Delivery and Support Excellence at Cybit! 🌟 At Cybit, we continuously strive to enhance our customer experience and build on our recent achievements. We would like to give a huge shoutout to everyone within our Support Teams for their incredible efforts in November. We are proud to share that our Service Delivery and Support Teams consistently achieve industry-high NPS scores, with last month’s score reaching an incredible 90+! Each month, our Support Team Leaders, Managers and customers also select an individual employee who has truly excelled—whether by achieving exceptional KPI results or delivering outstanding service to our customers. For November, we’re excited to announce that Kamen Carter has been named Service Desk Representative of the Month! 🏆 Kamen has been in his role as Service Desk Engineer (2nd Line) for just over two months, and he’s already earning the respect of his colleagues and delighting our customers. He consistently demonstrates an outstanding commitment to exceptional customer service, coupled with meticulous and well-structured ticket documentation. Kamen has also proven to be a valuable asset to the technical operations team, offering critical insights during cyber investigations and showcasing a solid grasp of Cyber Security principles.
