🏁 Racing all the way to the top! McLaren Racing just won its first F1 constructors' championship since 1998 with a historic win. Which is yet another proof why McLaren Automotive Ltd is one of the most iconic brands in the world, never settling for second place. Check out our joint case study, where we break down how they’re leaving not only racing competitors, but also security challenges in the dust: https://lnkd.in/dt-wG_uV Congrats team McLaren! 🎉

It's lights out and away we go for the Formula 1 2024 season opener in Bahrain! As much as I anticipated the roar of engines marking the start of a new season and more breakthroughs on the brand awareness side, I must admit, the race left me yearning for more excitement, a lot more. The predictable outcome with Max as the top qualifier taking the checkered flag hardly raised any eyebrows. But let's talk Ferrari - a brand leader synonymous with passion, style, and performance. Yet, their lead driver, Leclerc seems to be missing that fiery edge needed to clinch victories consistently. Is this perhaps the reason behind Hamilton's high-profile move to the team? From what we've witnessed in Bahrain, it seems Ferrari might be playing catch-up with Red Bull throughout another season. Now, here's where I want to stir the pot a bit - do you believe Ferrari's strategy needs a real shakeup to challenge Red Bull's dominance effectively? Could the Hamilton announced move be the catalyst Ferrari desperately needs to disrupt the status quo this season, or is the team facing deeper issues? And let's not shy away from discussing Max - is there anyone on the grid capable of challenging his supremacy, or are we looking at another season of Red Bull racing ahead unchallenged? (recent controversy being a TBD regarding Max staying at Red Bull) I'm eager to hear your thoughts on which team and driver has caught your eye this season. Who do you see as the dark horse capable of surprising us all? Let's get the conversation going - F1 2024 is just revving up, and there's plenty to talk about my F1 friends! #F1 #F12024 #formulaone #redbullracing #ferrari #mclaren #mclarenracing #astonmartin #alpineracing

2024 F1 TEAM SPONSORS 📊 With the recent news of T-Mobile joining forces with McLaren Racing, this increases their partner tally to 54 sponsors. This continues an ever-accelerating trend of new brands entering Formula 1 with what could only be diminishing returns as more and more brands partner up with teams. You would think that the paddock is reaching saturation point with sponsors - especially McLaren - and it would be getting increasingly difficult to cater for all 50+ team partners. To be able to deliver value for so many brands is astonishing, and certainly something that other teams can take notes on. But the question is, when is too much too much? 🏁 #McLaren #F1 #Formula1

🏎️ Imagine being a Formula 1 driver in the best car. Sounds electrifying, right? But hold on - it’s Monday, and yesterday you graciously handed victory to your teammate. Why? 🤔 🏆 Meet Oscar Piastri, the 115th F1 Grand Prix race winner! 🏁 Oscar joined the McLaren F1 Team in the 2023 season. He made an impressive debut, scoring points in only his 3rd race. By the end of his rookie season, he secured double podium finishes and even clinched victory in the sprint race. Fast forward to the 2024 season, and Oscar has become a Formula 1 Grand Prix winner! 🥇 🌟 Now, let’s talk about Lando Norris, another GP winner. With 3 pole positions and 21 podiums, he’s already a shining star in the world of motorsports. In his 6th F1 season, he finally has a car capable of winning races. 🇭🇺 Hungarian Grand Prix, 2024: Norris leads the race, with Piastri close behind. But McLaren makes a poor strategic call - they invoke Team Orders and instruct Lando to let Oscar pass. It’s not the first time teammates have swapped leads in Formula 1, but the consequences can be swift. The Dilemma: Should Lando prioritize team harmony over personal victory? In the heat of Hungaroring, Norris grapples with this question. Ultimately, he chooses the long game, sacrificing his own win for the team. His race engineer, Will Joseph, reminds him: “(…)The way to win a championship is not by yourself, it’s with the team. You’re going to need Oscar, you’re going to need the team.” “As we said this morning mate, many more opportunities.” 🤔 Your Turn: - Should Lando have held his lead and not let Oscar pass? - Is winning worth compromising team consistency? - Should championship points in the drivers’ classification take precedence? Share your thoughts in the comments below! 👇⌨️ #teambuilding #leadership #F1 #LeadersFormula #TalewiczOnFormula1

This one’s for all F1 fans. I was lucky enough to catch the Bahrain Grand Prix this weekend with Alay Jhaveri. Saying it was an incredible race would be an understatement for sure! 🚀 First off, a big shoutout to McLaren! Lando Norris did an amazing job, and I have high hopes for the rest of the season. McLaren's young drivers are definitely ones to watch! And, of course, we couldn't ignore the massive support for Max Verstappen. The guy's a total champion, and it was great to see the fans out in force for him. Speaking of champions, Lewis Hamilton will potentially be joining Ferrari next year. That would be a game-changer for sure! But it also makes you wonder where that leaves Carlos Sainz… Now, on to a bit of a serious note. While I love Formula 1, there's no denying the environmental impact. All that fuel being burned and carbon emissions... I think F1 could definitely be doing more to be sustainable. It would be great to see some innovation in that area. ♻️ Overall, it was a fantastic start to the season. I'm excited to see how the rest of the races unfold, especially with McLaren and their young talents hopefully making a splash. PS - Are you an F1 fan? Who are you supporting this season? #f1 #gaming #sustainability #carbonemissions
