Impressions from MeasureCamp Copenhagen. Serverside tag management wasn't such a huge topic it was in MeasureCamp Helsinki. Maybe Finland is an even more engineering-oriented market than the rest of Europe. Many analytics people don't yet see AI and LLMs as useful for more than writing javascript and SQL. I think they are valuable tools for qualitative analysis and classifying historical data (Neil Callanan had an interesting talk about this topic). It also seems that people talk more about "alternative" analytics tools than actually use them. People are alt-curious but in practice, very few people have even tested tools like Piwik PRO or Matomo Analytics. On Friday, Brand Leadership Community and IIH Nordic organized a side event, which included an interesting discussion about how to lose one's credibility and influence as an analyst. Excellent tips!

Clicked's team has devised an innovative method to bridge the gap between #trailhead and the actual hands-on experience, by creating sprints and quests in which a team or individual works through real-life simulated business scenarios, working with stakeholders to accomplish tasks and goals needed. Their coaches, who take on stakeholder roles, confirm that these simulations mirror actual situations encountered in the business world.
