As we near the end of 2024, it’s essential to assess the health of our company cultures. While bonuses or end-of-year celebrations are great ways to show appreciation, they won’t address any underlying problems that are occurring due to an unhealthy culture. So, how do you assess your company’s culture? Ask yourself: Are your team members engaged and motivated, or are they just showing up? Do they feel a sense of belonging and growth, or is burnout starting to take hold? Do they feel purpose in their position, or are they going through the motions? Now is the time to reset and invest in a culture that fosters authentic connection and development. At CultureCures, we specialize in helping leaders like you create environments where teams thrive. Start 2025 with a culture that empowers everyone to succeed. Let’s work together to make that happen. Connect with me to learn more about executive coaching and how CultureCures can drive positive change and a healthy culture in your organization. -Tim Book a free call to get started: https://lnkd.in/gqNwQekd #CompanyCulture #CEO #ExecutiveCoaching

Throwback to Ann Rhoades' 2016 TEDx Talk on building organisational cultures rooted in values and performance. In the talk, Ann highlights 5 key focus areas for companies using a Values-Based High-Performance Model: 1️⃣Defining who they want to be through a values-driven framework and aligned behaviours. 2️⃣Hiring “A” players who not only excel in their role but also embody the company’s values. 3️⃣Creating a strong accountability model and rewarding employees in ways that are meaningful to them. 4️⃣Recognising that their people are the true reflection of their brand. 5️⃣Embracing continuous improvement at every level. Our biggest takeaway? Leadership drives values, values drive behaviours, behaviours shape culture, and culture drives performance. Ann's insights are just as relevant today—definitely worth a watch for anyone looking to build a thriving, values-driven work environment ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gNdAMAi6 #LeadershipDevelopment #HighPerformingTeams #TedTalk #OrganisationalCulture

I'm surrounded by passionate business owners striving for success in both my personal and professional circles. Yet, one common obstacle many encounter is investing in their staff. Fortunately, practical strategies can make this investment feasible, even on a limited budget. Here are my tips which you can consider: 📌 Streamline Your Processes: ➡️ Make things easier for your team by making clear steps for every job in your company. This helps them work better, saves time, and stops mistakes without spending too much. 📌 Comprehensive Training: ➡️ Help your staff get better at their jobs by teaching them everything they need to know. Instead of just teaching one thing at a time, teach them how everything works together. This makes them better at what they do and helps them understand what the company is all about. 📌 Regular Team Meetings: ➡️ Get your team talking and working together better by having meetings often. Talk about what's going well, what's been done, and give shout-outs for good work. This helps everyone share ideas, solve problems, and feel like they're part of something bigger, which makes them want to work harder. Leaders shape how their company works and how successful it can be. When you care about your team's happiness and growth, you make the workplace better. This sets the stage for the company to grow and make more money in the long run. As the saying goes, "Happy leader, happy employees"—and vice versa. Invest in your team, and watch your business thrive. Ready to help your team do better and make your business even better? Let's do them together! How many times have you been wowed by a glossy company website, only to realise the reality is a WHOLE lot different? Virtue signaling is more commonplace than you’d think, and it really grinds my gears. 🙄 Mainly because companies that do it aren’t just lying to themselves and clients about "noble" missions and values, the ripple effect and lived experiences of their people tell *such* a different story that it just breeds disconnect and a pretty toxic culture. To truly build an authentic, purposeful business, the promise on the outside must align with the experience on the inside. Your team's lived experience should embody the values you promote, or it's merely lip service. Here’s a few ways in which you can connect the two: 💡 Activating your values to ensure they are more than just words on a wall. They should guide your day-to-day operations. 💡Leading with integrity. It starts by demonstrating cultural norms through actions, leadership, and company initiatives. 💡Performance with Purpose: Align everyone around clear, meaningful performance metrics that extend beyond the bottom line. 💡Empower your team: Embed your values through coaching and development that foster genuine engagement. When you successfully align your company promise with the lived experience of your team, you foster a resilient culture where everyone can thrive, which is the ultimate cornerstone for long-term success. The journey is challenging but deeply rewarding! Do you agree? If you’re ready to embrace a values-led approach and align your promise with your people, let’s connect 💪 #Leadership #CompanyCulture #HR #CompanyValues #HighGrowth #Empowerment #Coaching #TransformationalLeadership #Purpose

Celebrate Small Wins to Achieve Big Goals Here’s something to think about it… Celebrating small wins is essential in the journey to big achievements, however you define them. In emotional intelligence, this practice is intertwined with the leadership skill of self-regard—understanding and having confidence in your strengths and weaknesses. One crucial step in building self-regard is to celebrate the small wins. We often wait for the completion of a big project or the achievement of a significant milestone to celebrate. However, recognizing and celebrating the small wins along the way builds confidence and keeps the journey exciting. Each small win, no matter how minor it seems, contributes to our overall growth and sense of accomplishment. My question to you: How will you celebrate your small wins today? Whether it’s acknowledging a completed task, sharing your progress with a colleague, or taking a moment to reflect on your achievements, take time to celebrate the journey. Watch how these small celebrations enhance your confidence and propel you toward your larger goals. Watch Video Here (53 seconds): https://lnkd.in/gM4H2bB2 Are you ready to dig into emotional intelligence, employee engagement, and leadership? Culture isn't what leadership wants it to be, it's what others say it is. Ready to transform your culture? Company culture is just as important as the bottom line. If you have a toxic culture, you'll lose... People are the driving force behind your business, and creating a positive and empowering culture is essential for success. Understanding and adapting to your employees' needs is crucial. For instance, consider A, a 24-year-old who initially prioritizes higher pay. At 28, he might value spending more time with his family. B might seek a fancy title, while C desires direct access to leadership for mentorship. Meanwhile, D could be interested in working at an international office. There are countless variables, and as a leader, it's on you to adjust to these changing realities. Culture isn't just a mission statement on a wall—it's built through consistent actions and decision-making. Either you genuinely care about your culture and understand it, or you just talk about it because it looks good. Don't underestimate the power of investing in your employees. It's not just the right thing to do; it's a smart business move. #CompanyCulture #Leadership #EmployeeEngagement #BusinessGrowth #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeWellbeing #SmartBusiness #PositiveWorkplace #EmployeeMotivation #InvestInPeople
