More and more value creation, economic value creation is intangible. And that intangible basically comes from humans. And so more and more of the value has moved from the hard things like the fixed assets that we have, the cash that we have, the machines that we have. Maybe with the exception of the GPUs that NVIDIA owns at the moment, they're probably the most valuable things on the planet right now. But other than that, the values in people's heads. And so organisations that are successful are the ones that are able to connect with that, and the value creation process is high. Cognitive like work that needs people to operate in a different way. If you go back to Dan Pinks book drive and he outlined that really well, high cognitive load work requires a different environment than low cognitive load work. And I think what we're seeing in the conversation at the moment is there's a little bit of this kind of. We should just be able to tell people what to do and then they should just do it. We just need hands, and that's not how economic values created today.
