Imagine knowing exactly what your donors are thinking and being able to respond immediately. As a #nonprofit organisation, wouldn’t this just make life so much easier? The reality, however, is that only 13% of non-profit leaders are able to implement actionable changes from feedback. Why? And how can you be part of that 13%? Happy Friday!! Most non-profit organizations that I have worked with are managing to do a lot with a little. This works for a period of time but often leads to exhaustion and burn out. There are people who care, people who want to come along side of you and help you create the systems and processes to create the margin you need to be creative and dream. People who can help you get some work done from time to time to cover for vacations or to just help you dig out of a hole. People who want to help you with fundraising, planning, board development, grant writing and so much more. There is help available at a reasonable price. At The Elemental Group we want to disrupt the consulting world by offering reasonable, transparent support to non-profit organizations so they can focus on their mission of helping people and improving our communities. Please reach our for your free consultation. I do not have a sales background, so there will be no pressure, I just want to help. And if I can't, The Elemental Group as a team of non-profit professionals to back me up and step in. We will focus on helping you with the priority issues, one at a time. Controversial opinion: Competition among non-profit organizations is fierce. Let me explain: When a volunteer chooses to help another organization for 4 hours a week, it means that those 4 hours are no longer available to support your cause. When another organization secures a grant, it means your organization loses the opportunity to receive that crucial funding. When a donor decides to include another organization in their will as a legacy gift, it means your organization loses the impact that gift could have provided. This environment forces non-profit organizations to compete with one another. I don’t like this reality, and I firmly believe there are countless opportunities for non-profits to collaborate and tackle society’s biggest challenges together. But... This competition is real. It’s happening right now. Which means we must fight. As non-profit leaders, we have to fight for: Our communities Our patients/clients Our staff And I believe there’s nothing wrong with fighting for the things we value and care about.

Attention all grassroots nonprofit leaders and founders!📣 Isn't it a remarkable feeling - knowing that your organization is helping to shape a better future? But we all know the constant challenge is maximizing our resources and extending our impact.💡 Take a note from Blair County's non-profit, an organization who moved beyond boundaries. Their focus is to support children traumatized by adverse experiences. But, they're pushing the envelope, seeking county funding to expand services. It's smart and brave.👏 Challenges are inevitable. And we are pioneers, innovators, problem solvers. Yes, we are experts at creating solutions out of scarce resources. Yet, we can broaden our horizons, reach out to local government entities, and put forth more collaborative efforts. 🤜🤛 Let's not overlook the possibilities of collaborations that not only enable us to do more but also secure additional funding to scale up our impact. 💪 Let's keep paving the way together, inspiring and encouraging each other to overcome these challenges and improve lives. You now hold the power to drive change and cultivate hope. Let's #GiveHopeDaily! Share how your non-profit is collaborating to make a difference. The story of your journey deserves to be heard.❤️ #NonprofitLeaders #BusinessCollaboration #MarketingSolutions

Before founding Purpose Forward, I founded a more traditional accounting firm that supported all kinds of small businesses, but most non-profits and charities couldn't afford it. For those that could afford it, there was a large imbalance where I, the for-profit service provider, held all the power. We've set out to reimagine how our service model and pricing could create value-aligned partnerships across the sector. 👇👇👇
🌟 Transforming Non-Profit Operations 🌟 Our innovative approach breaks the mold of traditional pricing structures to cater to grassroots non-profits and social enterprises. We believe in collaboration, superior value, and sustainable support to empower even the smallest organizations. Dive into a pricing model that scales with you, fueled by grants and a commitment to top-tier operational expertise. 🔗 Check our bio link to schedule your free consultation today! #ChangeMakers #NonProfitSuccess #NonprofitImpact #SustainabilityMatters #ValueAddedService #AuditIntegration #SocialPurposeOrganization #NonProfit #CreatePositiveChange #PurposeForward #GrantSuccess #FundingOpportunities

I read quite a few online news journals covering non-profits. Essentially, every week I’m reading stories about how donors are taken for granted, how organizations lament how much donor and value attrition is going on, how fundraisers are leaving every 13-18 months, and how many non-profit workers are creating unions because working conditions are so bad. Why is all this happening? Because non-profits have a narrow view of what their mission is. Their view is that the mission is just about the “thing” they do that is helping change the world. What many non-profit leaders and boards don’t understand is that the minute you hire someone or ask someone to volunteer or start taking donations to further what your organization does… your mission expands. There are three legs to the mission stool: 1) the work you’re doing to change the world, 2) the people who help you execute that change, and 3) the donors who help you do it with their resources. Unfortunately, most leaders only think it’s #1. They look at staff and donors as a means to an end… to get the work done and as ATM machines. This is exactly why you see stressed out staff, high turnover, and high donor and donor value attrition rates. As a non-profit leader, if you can put as much energy, resources and passion into your staff and donors as much as you do executing your mission to help change the world, your non-profit will grow exponentially.
