The Clamping unit, a PG10 die, 18 tool holders and 18 sleeves. And, every 6 months after that, they're improving their margins, or, more likely, investing into more holders to further reduce their consumables costs, dropping their cost to manufacture by ridiculous amounts. How ridiculous? One of the tests we ran went from indexing a $50 endmill daily, to every 3rd day, and no, that's not a typo. This way the material consumption is lowered, and the film gets good technical properties. The film tension, between the goods and the pre-stretch unit, is important for the stability of the goods but cannot be high on sensitive goods, e g light and weak cartons. The principle of using a gearbox for adjusting the pre-stretch value is a Cyklop patent and cannot be copied. This system is very accurate for the whole life-time of the machine.
