🎉 Pietro Iurilli Wins the Battery Young Researcher Award! Pietro Iurilli, a PhD graduate from CSEM in collaboration with ETH Zürich, has been honored with the prestigious Battery Young Researcher Award at the Battery Innovation Days.  This award highlights excellence in battery research, celebrating Pietro’s groundbreaking work on Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (#EIS) to model and monitor lithium-ion battery aging—a crucial step toward next-generation battery technologies.  Industry-Ready Results In collaboration with initiatives like the European NEMO EU PROJECT, Pietro’s research led to:   ✅ Advanced modeling and algorithm development,   ✅ Prototypes integrating EIS measurements with wireless data transmission,   ✅ Validation up to TRL7, demonstrating readiness for industrial adoption.  Pietro’s work exemplifies how fundamental research can drive practical innovations for a sustainable and competitive battery industry.  💡 Together, we power the future.
