We all need a break from work to recharge, but many of us struggle to take that first step. According to research, disconnecting, especially from email, can lead to less stress and increased productivity. Yet, setting up an appropriate out of office message can be daunting. Some of us worry about being perceived as a "slacker" or missing out on opportunities. But taking care of ourselves should be a priority. Let's make a conscious effort to disconnect and set clear boundaries for our time off. It's okay to take a break and come back refreshed and ready to tackle challenges with renewed energy.
