We are in the process of transitioning completely to recycled raw materials!♻⏰ Currently, once an existing Polyneon 40 colour stock runs out, only the rPET version is produced and delivered. Here are the key facts about the switch to Polyneon Green 40 (100% rPET): You can sample and digitise as before – the colour numbers are now consistent between Polyneon and Polyneon Green. You can easily recognise the recycled version and track the replacement progress – Polyneon Green threads are delivered on green-coloured cones. You can enjoy flexibility for your embroidery projects – the rPET version will be available in 1000 m and 5000 m lengths. When your stock of a specific Polyneon colour runs out, switch seamlessly to Polyneon Green. Your embroidery process and end result won’t be affected. Even though Polyneon Green is made from recycled PET bottles, it performs the same as the conventional Polyneon threads. 🧵👍 The transition to more sustainable raw materials continues, and all our polyester threads will gradually shift to their recycled versions. Eco-aero Brazzoli S.R.L. Eco-aero is the machine designed for dyeing processes of woven and knitted fabrics of 50 to 500 GSM (grams per square meter). Thanks to its special design nozzles that provide a perfect mixture of air and water. Eco-aero reduces water consumption and increases the quality of dyeing at the same time. Main Features: • The movement of the fabric is provided by means of airflow created by a frequency-controlled air fan. • Fabric is conveyed to the nozzle section by the guidance of the inner reel. Max inner reel speed is 600 m/min. • The nozzles spray liquor into the airflow to create mixture of air and water.
