Building a thriving online community. The secret? It's not about size. It's about engagement. Here's what most creators get wrong: • They focus on numbers, not connections • They post without purpose • They forget to listen to members • They rush the growth Here's what actually works: 1. Start Small ↳ Focus on quality conversations ↳ Build genuine connections 2. Create Value ↳ Share exclusive insights ↳ Solve real problems 3. Stay Consistent ↳ Show up daily ↳ Engage meaningfully 4. Empower Members ↳ Highlight their wins ↳ Let them lead discussions The best communities grow naturally. They're built on trust, not tactics. ♻️ Repost this if you're building a community. Audience and community are NOT synonyms. I dare you to debate this with me. 👉 An audience is a 1-1 relationship. 👉 A community is when your audience starts connecting with each other, without you being part of every conversation. Think of it this way ↓ ↓ ↓ If you want to build community, imagine you’re the host of a party. Your job is to send out invitations and provide a gathering space for people. As the host, you are not entertaining every single guest every single second of the event. Your role is to bring people together and let them interact. ~~~~~~~ If you’re wondering how to turn your audience into an engaged community, I just published something you’re going to love. ❤️ It's a resource on how to build a thriving community in your business. Get it here: https://lnkd.in/eKztT_ab 🙏 And thank you so much, Lindsey Schwartz, for inspiring this post. You’re a powerhouse!
