The Results Are In: Intermountain Health's Peaks Region running Epic earned the 95th percentile score from KLAS Research Arch Collaborative on the overall satisfaction of the Net EHR Experience based upon July's 2024 caregiver survey across 300 health systems nationwide. This is a remarkable 20-point jump from an already strong score of the 75th percentile in 2022. A special shout-out to those that lead this optimization movement to Stephanie Hines, Becky Fox, and William (Bill) Manard and to the rest of the team and to all caregivers across the region. "Listen to the needs of your customer, thoughtfully plan the work, then successfully work the plan" I am very proud of this impact to all of the caregivers who use this system that will benefit from their enhanced Epic experience and for the future caregivers that will receive such a high-performing system as the Epic expansion continues. A special recognition to my friend Adam Gale who had the vision in 2017 to create this trusted environment of sharing and collaborating. #proud #experience #makeadifference
