I am still interested, as this is a great job and very interesting; no two days are the same. 🚚 What position did you start in, and how did that help you get to where you are now? • CSA taught me how to stay organized and how to get everything done in a timely manner. 🚚 What do you enjoy most about Bay & Bay? • The people. I love the job, but the working environment makes it so much better. 🚚 What do you like to do outside of work? • I like to garden, bake or cook, and knit!

🚨 Employee Spotlight 🚨 Today we would like to introduce Libby Loescher! She has been a Purchasing Administrative Assistant on our Equipment & Automation team in Mediapolis, Iowa, since August 2022. In this role, Libby said she has enjoyed acquiring the knowledge to have strong problem-solving skills and developing processes to gain efficiencies. 👉Fondest work memory so far: "Every time I hear that a job has no delays due to missing purchased parts, it makes me happy. I hope that I can positively impact someone’s day, in a small way, by having the items they need to do their job well!" 👉Favorite things to do outside of work: "One of my favorite things is travelling with my niece and nephews. A close second to that is returning home after traveling with my niece and nephews! Working with glass, and developing my fused glass skills, is close to my heart, as is exhibiting my work at art & craft shows." 👉Favorite things to watch/listen/read: "I’m all over the place- anything from rock to classical, murder mysteries to historical biography, though I will admit an affinity for watching cat videos." 👉If you could have one superpower, what would it be: "To fly!"
