𝙄'𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙖 𝙡𝙤𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨. Made mistakes. Made people mad. Disappointed people. Have not always been at my best. Have stopped working when I should have kept going. Have gone too far when I needed to stop working. Built things wrong. Hired the wrong candidate. Moved too slowly on some things, and way too fast on others. Avoided situations I should have been involved in... And more recently, inserted myself into situations I should have avoided. The best part? 𝙈𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙚, 𝙩𝙤𝙤. That's the whole point to me. It's a process, a never ending chase to be better. Our company, Laser Pavement Solutions, exists to improve communities and give our people max earning potential - and that is reason enough to push through I've got a long way to go... But I'm just getting started.
