Buildings Near Parks, NYC - Fused and Overture Maps There is a new feature on Fused to instantly join a parquet file with Overture Maps data. Here, I joined a UDF that filters for Overture's parks with buildings within a buffer. The buildings that have color are in a park buffer. The shade of color comes from the size of the park. I'm still refining the color scheme. As you can see, the areas around Central Park East and West are saturated. This type of map could potentially inform property values, though in this case, I think the values are already well established. Overture Maps is such a fantastic data source. It has improved a lot since I started using it in April. #fused #overturemaps
