So the owner is converting the 52.000 m2 big office property into a modern working environment which will include coworking services, meeting rooms, event spaces and many other amenities, in line with the trends towards the transformation of the traditional office district into multi-services open environments. It's not told whether the coworking space will be operated directly or will be outsourced to a third-party operator. The Omegahaus's ground floor will be redesigned with a restaurant, a fitness studio and daycare center.
