✍️:”What resources or support are offered to parents returning from leave? This population is often most at risk for dramatic impacts on their career upon having children. How [should a business] prepare managers, the [company], and the employee taking leave to be away from the workplace for an extended period of time and subsequently reintegrate?” If there's someone on your team who is returning from parental leave, here's a tip: ditch your assumptions. In this week's episode, working parent advocate Lori Mihalich-Levin talks to us about why that's important. On the show, we also discuss what colleagues can do to support each other and how new parents can plan their own re-entry. Everyone’s journey back to work is going to be different, but the more support we have, the better it’s going to go! 🎧 Listen to episode 11 of Still at Work wherever you get your podcasts or click the link here: https://lnkd.in/eu279z6F 📲 Subscribe, rate and leave us a review on Apple Podcasts ❓Need advice on navigating the workplace?
