I love soccer. Soccer mirrors what I believe; TEAMWORK. Did you know the average number of total staff for a single soccer club ranges from 50~200? We see 11 players on the field. A club owner, head coach, assistant coach, trainers, cook, admin team, medical team, recruitment team, media and PR, finance and legal, performance staff, etc. What makes the best players are not wholly dependent on an individual's skills. It is the TEAMWORK that brings glory to the club. What is the best part of all this? EVERYONE in the club enjoys the same glorious victory when a team wins the game. EVERYONE. They also share the defeat, however, they press on TOGETHER again and again until they taste the victory. You do not quit your job because you lost one game. There is unlimited potential for the group who truly believes in the power of teamwork. Building one may take a long time, but it will last like a castle on firm ground. #teamwork #success #building #trust #people

"Francisco started with Croell as QC tech and moved to a QC Manager role. He has taken on a lot of responsibilities since coming on board with Croell and has managed them well. He's always willing to do and learn more and has very good communication with all personnel when in the field doing testing." Nominated by: Rob Ring, Regional Manager Favorite thing about working at Croell: The opportunity to grow within this company from being a tester to now being a manager. Most interesting project: KDOT Projects What advice would you give to someone who might want to join Croell: Just enjoy the little moments with your fellow coworkers. Work can get crazy. Hobbies include: I enjoy disc golfing, hiking them big o' mountains, running/working out, jiujitsu, watching UFC fights on Saturday nights, beer pong, movies, and hanging out with the crew. One thing people probably don’t know about me: I am a first generation college graduate. Bucket list: Date a celebrity ;) #CroellInc #EmployeeSpotlight #EmployeeRecognition

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work With the Olympics in full swing, the teamwork that is on display from the world class athletes can serve as an inspiration to us in our personal and professional lives. If your team is made up of great people from all four generations who communicate effectively and have accountability to each other and themselves individually, you’ll be in the best possible situation to succeed. It’s true that each generation may have its own expectation on how and where work gets done. But as long as everyone is communicating effectively and leaders are clear in what the expectations of the team are, you’ll be completing client tasks, interacting with various departments and building a happier and stronger team in the long run. Although the teamwork displayed in the Olympics comes to fruition every four years, remember that behind the scenes they have been working day in and day out to showcase their incredible talents. The same rings true for your work team. Teamwork skills need to be fine tuned each and every day to keep moving along the road to success. #teamwork #lawyer #attorney #legal #lawfirm
