High interest rates are the BEST time to buy! I am more excited now than at 3%. "What the heck are you talking about Cory?" Great question! Would you rather buy a deal that pencils at 3% interest only to have the rug pulled out from under you, or buy a deal that pencils great at todays high rates? If rates stay high the deal we just closed on... i ...s a great deal! And if they drop? Freaking Grand Slam! Exactly! Though the concern here is when the rates would come down (and if they do). Some say the rates will stay at this long term average. Of course no one has a crystal ball Cory Harelson
