🙋♀️🎤 Being Business Intensive – February 7th till 9th 2025, Vienna ✨EARLY BIRD TILL DECEMBER 1st! If you’re in the business of leadership - or aspire to be - this is an experience that could transform your life and work at its very core. Hosted by Moritz Lembert and Ria Bauhofer, the Being Business Intensive is far more than just a workshop; it’s a profound journey into who you truly are and the impact you’re here to make. I had the honor of attending the first edition, and it was nothing short of transformative. It empowered me to claim my truth, embrace my full value, and see how the way we show up - consciously, authentically - shapes everything we create. The tools and insights I gained recreated my business and my being from a knowing of 'completion', seeing that nothing needs to be changed and still I can choose to do so. What makes this event so unique is its depth. It’s not just about strategies or frameworks; it’s about aligning your business with your most authentic self, practicing greatness in every action, and creating from a place of intention. As a professional speaker and inspirator, I saw how conscious speaking became a mirror for authentic transformation - not just in what we say, but in how we live what we say. This intensive gave me the clarity and empowerment to fully step into my value and help others transform as I have. If you’re ready to rebuild, realign, and elevate your business and your being - there’s no question: you need to be there. The Being Business Intensive is an unparalleled opportunity to spark deep and lasting change in your life and work. You won’t just leave inspired; you’ll leave transformed. #BeingBusinessIntensive #LeadershipTransformation #Authenticity #ConsciousLiving #CreateYourFuture #Coaching #Being

Last week, I had the honor of co-leading a breakout session at Race Forward's Facing Race conference in St. Louis, joined by Purpose Built Network members Rahkiah B. (South City Foundation) and Chauniqua Major (Lift Orlando). It was also a privilege to introduce Where We Thrive, a narrative project Purpose Built created with the FrameWorks Institute, to a new audience. http://bit.ly/4i6EN3F Affirming people and place through a racial equity lens is more critical than ever. Over these last few years of building a narrative culture within Purpose Built and across our Network, I’ve grown to recognize narrative as much more than a story we tell. Narrative isn’t just how we talk about our work—it’s a powerful strategy for shifting power and building relationships within communities, between residents, organizations, donors, and funders, even strengthening the relationship that exists between the past and the present. Narrative has become an important tool we use to elevate residents’ voices and advocate for their agency in shaping their neighborhoods through their own vision and experiences. Given the ongoing threats to language, learning, justice, and PEOPLE, it is easy to feel despair right now (and I feel that too, often!), but! the Race Forward conference was comforting as it was timely because I am not alone in this work and neither are you. We exist in a community with more than 4000 people who came to St. Louis, not including the countless others who weren’t in attendance but show up every day in their own neighborhoods and organizations to protect our rights, fight for truth, and imagine a better, more inclusive future for all. Our collective efforts make sure that vision will one day soon be our shared reality.

ST Foundation Stories: Passion 🌍 In the special section of our format that shares the partnerships, stories, and people that have characterized our 20 years of activity, all the passion of our President, Pietro Palella, shines through. His stories embody the ST Foundation's approach: imagining projects on a global scale while taking care of the details locally, and the resources activated in response to the needs that emerged during the pandemic. In a time of isolation, such as the one COVID-19 forced us into, there was an increased demand for digital contact. This was met with collaboration and human interaction, achieving amazing goals that improved connection and communication between people around the world. A vision that looks to the future with enthusiasm and, of course... passion! 💡🌐 #FoundationStories #digitalalphabetisation #STFoundationWorldwide #STFoundation #digitaldivide #stfoundationpassion #Stories #togetherwecanmakeadifference #EducationForAll

I will be at the Hinterland conference tomorrow, joining a panel discussion about startup-corporate collaboration and how we can build more effective innovation ecosystems in Europe. Under the current economic climate, a lot of centralization and efficiency programs also impact enterprises’ ability to drive and to grow from innovation. While efficiency is a prerequisite (and we still have work to do there in our economy), I am convinced we need to get much better leveraging the strengths of our decentralized ecosystem, our Mittelstand and our talent. If we want back to the top, we need to reinvigorate our builder’s spirit and grow from building new things - not just squeezing the old and looking at others that we should and could not mimic anyways. Looking forward to the discussion and to seeing you Sonia Amend, Jasper Roll, Simon Brakhage, Denise Linnenbrügger, Elisabeth L'Orange, Benedikt Weitz, Kevin Zelles and hopefully next time Felix Fiege, Oliver Klinner and Katharina Badalamenti. https://lnkd.in/dWxBb6N2

Friday dinner by the canals — there's nothing more Amsterdam than that. 🚤 During my recent trip to Amsterdam for our Dutch expansion, I met up with Kestutis Viliunas from our partner, The Partnership for Supply Chain Management. He shared some great insights on building a learning culture and why Sana is the perfect partner for decentralizing their content creation. What really struck me about Amsterdam is the variety of companies here (besides the well-connected L&D community). From huge multinationals to a ton of fast-growing startups, they all share one thing: leveraging innovation as a key driver of competitive advantage. I’m already excited to head back to Amsterdam with Sana on October 7 for the L&D Shakers event—a full day of interactive learning and collaboration. Unlike typical conferences filled with 'sages on stages,' we aim to move beyond passive listening and predetermined speaker agendas, diving into an experience where ideas collide, and collaboration thrives. 💡 Of course, participants are a key ingredient to the success of this experiment, so we’re curating 150 creative, daring, and unconventional minds to join us in Amsterdam!
