#A spontaneous teachable moment is an unplanned opportunity that arises naturally during a lesson or conversation, providing a chance to pass on knowledge or skills. These moments can be powerful for learning because they are #appropriate, timely, and often engage students' curiosity or immediate interest. Teachers with #extensive experience can do it well due to their years of experience in teaching, their profound knowledge of their subject, and their fair understanding of the other subjects enable them to connect the key elements to their areas of expertise. Hiring a teacher who excels at leveraging spontaneous teachable moments can significantly enhance the educational experience for students. However, freshers are also excellent if they have the same experience, not years, which are certainly gained through additional studies or courses. I'm not here to slight freshers, and I HOPE YOU DON'T GET me wrong. Many argue against hiring freshers due to uncertainty in their ability to manage challenging situations. But at ESDS, we don’t hire only for #SKILLS; we hire for #PASSION. I am proud to share a remarkable story of how a group of passionate freshers in ESDS, with no prior experience, took on the challenging task of redesigning our ESDS website and the result of this was nothing short of extraordinary. These young passionate fresher’s came up to me with a bold and ambitious idea and an innovative concept for our website. What’s truly amazing in just a few weeks, these young freshers’ returned with a prototype—a 3D interactive website that defied traditional design norms. The result of this dedication was truly amazing, as we now have a first-of-its-kind website for any service-based company like ours. It’s incredible what a group of passionate fresher’s can achieve. Their creativity and determination prove that with the right mindset and passion, anything is possible. 🚀 Bridge The Gap! 🚀 Most people on #LinkedIn and other #SocialMedia platforms talk about #DSA, #SystemDesign, #Algorithms, #LLD, and #HLD. However, after meeting many students from Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges, I've realized that many of them don't fully understand what #SoftwareDevelopment or any domain of #Engineering is all about. 🤔 These students often enroll in courses because their Placement Cells boast a 90%+ placement rate. Parents and students fall prey to flashy advertisements showcasing lucrative packages without revealing the harsh realities of the #JobMarket and the skills truly expected of them. 📉 I need your support and suggestions on how we can help these students uplift their skills and understand what's expected of them to become #Employable. This is the most common problem India is facing, mostly in the IT sector where the freshers are lacking the relevant skills which are required in the industry. ✨💡 The major reason for this is because the colleges are still following the syllabus which is not updated with the current trends. The colleges need more of industrial trainers who are able to guide the students about the recent technology and skills which will make them employable. 🎯💡
