This is a very important read: Google quietly testing "Message Multiple" through LSAs and offering zero transparency to advertisers. This means, while you may think you are paying for a phone call from a prospect, you really are just one of four competitors getting a message.... and you have NO IDEA how much each of those different leads costs you. If you are an LSA advertiser, this is a must read (and also... track your economics for LSAs very very carefully.

How Bad Google Reviews Can Destroy Your Business Bad Google reviews can destroy your business. Here's how to fight them. Start by contacting the customer first and Google second. But if neither of those work, it's time to lawyer up OR hire Business Solutions Marketing Group. If the review contains false information, your attorney will prepare a cease and desist letter, which tells the customer, remove the review or you'll get sued. If the customer doesn't comply, You can sue for libel, slander, and defamation of character. A court would force them to take the review down, and if you can prove the review hurt your business, you can even collect damages from the customer. This would typically cost a few thousand dollars. Be very careful how you respond publicly to the bad review, because your response could be used against you in court. On the other hand, at Business Solutions Marketing Group we remove about 99% of the reviews we are contracted to remove according to Googles Terms and Conditions and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg and it typically takes less than a couple weeks for the entire process. The best part is that you don’t pay anything until AFTER we remove the review so starting the process is 100% risk FREE. You have 100% attribution in legal marketing, but now what? For peak accuracy, let's take things a step further. Google restatements (or redactions). This allows you to fine-tune your data for maximum effectiveness. Let's say a client signs a retainer but never follows through with payment. You wouldn't want to optimize towards that keyword or client again, right? Restatements allow you to "zero out" that conversion value, making sure your platforms don't treat it as a completed sale. The flip side is also true. Imagine a client who initially pays a smaller amount but later becomes a high-value case. Restatements also let you adjust the initial conversion value to reflect the true revenue generated. This allows your platforms to bid more aggressively on similar keywords in the future. Essentially, restatements and redactions keep your attribution data clean and precise. Do you have experience using restatements or redactions in legal marketing attribution? #OnlineAdvertising #LegalMarketing #Restatements #Redactions Video Edits by GrowthMatch

Do you guarantee outcomes? During a discussion the other day, well, it was a pitch meeting. The idea of backstopping the service with some type of recourse came up. What? The service is no payment until successful to begin with. It's ranking a Google Business Profile on Google search results page. I thought about this quite a bit since the conversation ended. Take a look at the chart in the photo. This is ALL of the Google updates to their algorithm in the last 10 years. Whenever they roll out a new update, especially a core update, no one knows what will break. I repeat, no one knows. Sometimes not even Google. There could be some hidden thing or a loose association with a site which was good but is now deemed bad which wreaks havoc on your ranking(s). How can anyone provide an avenue for recourse? Do lawyers guarantee the outcome? Not that I have ever experienced. I would love to hear from SEO experts on this (you attorneys feel free to chime in, too). Today in #QuickMarketingWins, a new way small and solo firms can gain more qualified leads (more effectively!)... Google's recently made its excellent local business offering - Google Local Services Ads (LSAs) - available to London-based firms. You're probably thinking, "Google Ads? Seen it. Tried it," but Google LSAs for lawyers ≠ Google Ads for lawyers. They're newer, different and, in many ways, better. Why? ⭐ LSAs appear at the very top of Google’s search results page - Ie. before standard Google Ads, before Google maps, and before organic search results. ⭐ Firm's pay only for leads, not clicks - Unlike Google Ads, LSAs will only charge you for each call or message they generate (instead of charging you every time someone simply clicks on your ad). ⭐ LSAs are much easier to set-up and manage than classic Google Ads - There’s really no reason a small firm could not initiate and run LSAs on its own. We've just written a detailed article all about the ins-and-outs of LSAs for law firms. 🔍Check it out here: https://buff.ly/3P5ZP5t #DigitalMarketingTips #LegalMarketing #RatioDigitalMarketingStudio #SmallLawFirmMarketing

𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝟲𝟰% 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀? 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗦𝗘𝗢 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗺 Most law firms spend money on ads, hoping for better clients. But 𝟲𝟰% of your 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 come from 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, not ads. If 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺 isn’t on Google, your competitors are getting the clients who should be yours. Clients trust the firms they find on their own, not the ones who pay to be there. Here’s how 𝘆𝗼𝘂 can get those clients: 𝗙𝗶𝘅 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 Keep your info (address, phone, hours) up to date. Ask happy clients for reviews. When someone searches for a lawyer near them, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 will show up. 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀' 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Think of what clients need to know. Write it down. Simple content like "How to file for custody in [city]" helps clients find 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱: Find local blogs or news sites that will link to your website. These links show Google your firm is trustworthy and boost your rankings. 𝗦𝗘𝗢 builds trust and brings in the clients that matter. Stop spending on ads. Start growing organically.

DON'T HARM YOUR BUSINESS => 5-STAR REVIEWS ⭐ Attention Business Owners! Getting 5-Star reviews on your Google Business Profile is exciting, and can help build credibility with new customers... But, how you get your reviews can get you banned on Google. I know it might seem like a good idea to offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, but trust me, it’s not worth the trouble. First off, Google is super strict about this. They don’t allow businesses to give incentives for reviews. If you get caught, you could lose all your reviews or even have your Google Business Profile suspended. Not fun, right? And let’s not forget the legal side of things. In some places, offering incentives without the proper disclosures can actually get you into legal trouble. Also, offering incentives can really mess with the trust factor. Customers want to see genuine reviews, and if they think you’re "bribing" people for them, it can totally backfire and hurt your reputation. So, what can you do instead? #1 Focus on providing amazing service! Happy customers naturally want to share their positive experiences. Just ask them for feedback after a great interaction. You don’t need to offer anything in return. #2 Make it super easy for them to leave a review. Give them direct links or even a QR code to your review page. The easier you make it, the more likely they are to do it. #3 Always to engage with the reviews you get. Respond to them, showing that you care about their feedback. It goes a long way in building trust and encouraging more genuine reviews. Let’s keep it real and build those genuine connections with our customers. You’ve got this! 🌟 How much do you value Google reviews when researching a business? #GoogleReviews #DigitalMarketing #LocalSEO
