🚨 Urgent Attention Needed: Unresolved Issue with Zoomcar & Gaadifix.in – A Call for Accountability and Resolution 🚨 Dear LinkedIn Community, Today, I am reaching out with a heavy heart and a plea for support regarding a distressing situation that has unfolded over the past two months involving my car (HP17G3253), which has been in the custody of Zoomcar and Gaadifix.in. This ordeal has not only tested my patience but has also highlighted a grave concern regarding the operational integrity and customer service ethos of these companies. The Core of the Issue: Since entrusting my vehicle to Zoomcar and subsequently Gaadifix.in for services, what was expected to be a straightforward process has morphed into a prolonged nightmare. The reasons cited for the delay are multifaceted, ranging from internal fund issues within the companies to apparent communication breakdowns with garage vendors. Most concerning is the revelation from the garage vendor, AUTO Trust Kalyan, about pending dues from Gaadifix.in, which has evidently stalled the process further. Despite repeated assurances from various representatives, including Ms. Sujata from Zoomcar and Nauman, Shubham, and Madhur Rawat (allegedly the owner) from Gaadifix.in, my car's return has been consistently delayed. Promises have been made and broken, with deadlines such as the 2nd week of Feb, 20th, 25th and 26th of February 2024 and yesterday they told the car will be delivered on 2nd of March2024 passing by without any resolution. The lack of professionalism and accountability has been astonishing, with key personnel becoming unreachable when confronted with commitments. A Plea for Resolution: The situation has left me in a difficult position, as I had made plans to return to my hometown, plans that have now been jeopardized by this ordeal. Despite my efforts, including numerous follow-ups and presenting documented evidence of all communications, the matter remains unresolved. The companies have failed to clear the dues with the garage, preventing me from reclaiming my vehicle. This post serves as a public appeal to Zoomcar, and particularly to the individuals who have promised and failed to deliver- to take immediate action and rectify this situation. The silence and lack of initiative to resolve this issue reflect poorly on your commitment to customer service and ethical business practices. I call upon my network and the wider LinkedIn community to support this message, ensuring it reaches the necessary eyes and ears for prompt action. Accountability, transparency, and professionalism must be the cornerstone of all business operations, and it is time for Zoomcar and Gaadifix.in to demonstrate these values.
