New early-stage venture firm closes first fund A Melbourne-based early-stage venture capital firm has declared a final close for its first fund after a 12-month raising period. Early-stage venture capital firm Elevation Capital announced significant leadership changes on Tuesday, promoting Vaas Bhaskar and Chirag Chadha to Partners, while Ashray Iyengar has been elevated to Principal.
