Comic Agilé no. 81 - Features, Features, Features (reshare) Don’t be a Feature Factory; the number of features is never a KPI. Instead, look into measuring the benefit realisation of those features, so you focus on what difference your work really makes. However, if your features actually deliver value, your Feature Factory becomes a Value Factory--and that isn't all that bad, is it? #agile #feature #featurefactory #comicagile
In today's competitive world, Many companies tend to focus more on how many new and additional features we are giving on the particular product compared to competitor, rather than thinking about how even limited and valuable features can be a key differentiator in bringing the best custom experience (for e.g; quality, uniqueness ,efficiency and sustainability of feature) and also how much benefit does the feature really brings in our daily life.
Places which has killed any kind of progress, by focusing only on features, are unfortunately most likely in the majority...
Did a poor feature that needs a lot of changes and maintence. And voialá we will have a huge numbers of features deliveried.
I just found an emoji feature instead of fixing any other reported bug that would return instant value... whats the ROI of en emoji? 😎
