I just received the phone call today from this number, (209) 666-6051 telling me about a 50% off coupon that I had missed I haven't had service in 5 years so I called the number back and ask them to remove me from the list they said they were removed me and at the end of the call the associate told me to go f*** myself i called back and tried to address the situation and was hung up on that is in fact a Comcast number the automated system comes up and tells you so I'm currently waiting for a call from a supervisor from Comcast right now I'm appalled to be treated like this
You would think Xfinity would want to retain customers, but making loyal customers pay 30-$50 more than new customers per month for the same services is not the way. Horrible company.

3dAfter chatting with someone in the live chat on Xfinity they told me they would schedule a call back with me with a supervisor and a higher end team would have a look at this someone called me back and they had no clue what they were calling me for this is sad I'm going to tell everybody out there how Comcast treated me today cuz nobody wants to talk to me in address this situation you don't tell people to go f themselves that's not cool I'm a business owner too I don't treat my customers like that and if this number is going to keep doing that I bet you guys are going to lose more business I'd be going back and finding out what that number is doing
