Earlier today, I was finalizing a workshop flow for a top European #pharmaceutical #leadership team. In that process, all of the sudden, it hit me: we can talk about any leadership skill we want; we can talk about any leadership skill which might be needed. But none of them - not a one - will fly without our #ownership of our own growth. Without #ownership, none of us takes the ball we have agreed would be good for us (even if we don't want it) and runs with it. Without #ownership, we have no chance - absolutely none- of realizing that #vision we say we want for ourselves. It takes a lot of #courage and #integrity to go beyond merely saying what we want to actually making it happen. It takes real leaders to name what needs changing and do something about it.
