Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending an insightful event led by Ofer Reshef and Nili Goldfein, celebrating the 50th episode of the “Torat HaMeserim” podcast. 4 Key Takeaway Tips for Working with AI Given by RONEN GAFNI, Smadar Tadmor, Pini Tal, Miriam Kleinberger-Attar and Viki Groner: 1. 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈: Dive into the world of AI by experimenting, gaming, and playing with it to uncover its full potential. The more you explore, the more you’ll discover. 2. 𝗨𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀: Use the right AI tool for you to make your work smoother and more efficient, such as ChatGPT for writing, Grammarly for text improvement, and CapCut for video editing. 3. 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Always verify the information provided by AI. Educate yourself on proper AI usage, and establish clear guidelines to avoid the pitfalls of misinformation. 4. 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Strong communication and collaboration skills are still essential when working with AI. While AI can handle tasks, it’s the human touch that adds real value and ensures effective teamwork. I recommend listening to the podcast (in Hebrew). The link is provided in the first comment.

As a recent MA graduate in Communications, I found this article incredibly timely and relevant. The insights shared from the "Torat HaMeserim" podcast's 50th episode resonate deeply with my experiences exploring AI during my studies. The emphasis on continuous learning and hands-on experimentation with AI tools aligns perfectly with my academic journey. I particularly appreciate the advice on leveraging productivity tools like ChatGPT, which I've found invaluable in my work. The reminder to maintain critical thinking and verify AI-generated information is crucial, especially in our field. Lastly, the focus on interpersonal skills alongside AI proficiency reinforces what I've learned - that effective communication remains at the heart of our discipline, even as we embrace new technologies. This article offers a fantastic roadmap for newcomers like myself to navigate the exciting intersection of AI and communications. Thank you Chen!

With such a fast-growing technology, I love your point on continuing to learn and use AI - utilizing it in our day to day lives will only help us better scale its positive impact!
