It has been wonderful to see increasing recognition of the essential need to support the psychological health of school staff. Wellbeing initiatives are now more commonplace to help nurture educators. Of course, this is great. So, you might ask, "What's different about what you offer, Cathy?" Although helpful, they fall short in addressing the distinct personal challenges faced by individual teachers and their unique ways of processing those experiences.
