Coforge powers NHS 24's Digital Transformation to enhance patient care 🩺 💊 across Scotland.   We are proud to announce that NHS 24 has chosen Coforge as their partner for their Digital Transformation Programme that will enhance patient care in #Scotland! Through this 5+2 year contract, we will implement an integrated Contact Centre (#CC) and Customer Relationship Management (#CRM) solution, hosted in the #cloud and delivered as a seamless software-as-a-service model (#SaaS).   Key highlights of the 🏆 deal: ✅ Enhanced Care Access: Ensuring the people of Scotland can access care 24/7 with high availability and modern multi-channel capabilities. ✅ Safe Digital Services: Supporting NHS 24 in triaging urgent medical needs efficiently and safely. ✅ Innovation-Driven: Enabling flexibility to adapt to evolving healthcare demands, such as real-time IVR adjustments.   NHS 24 is Scotland's provider of digital health and care services to more than five million people, taking more than two million calls a year to its range of telephone services which include the national 111 urgent care line and a range of mental health and dental support lines. It also delivers the national health information website NHS inform, which sees 100 million page views annually.    NHS 24 is a vital lifeline for #healthcare advice in Scotland. We are excited to lead in delivering a future-ready solution that will enhance patient experiences and empower NHS 24 to provide the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
