👯HR Careers Info Dump! The photo here shows companies that do these jobs for other firms - consulting basically. But almost all major firms have each of these departments in-house as well so don’t just think it’s limited to HR consulting companies. 🚀Talent Management Talent management focuses on developing leadership capabilities, managing talent pipelines, and implementing succession planning. 🚀Compensation/Rewards Compensation and rewards focuses on helping companies design competitive compensation structures, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with local and global regulations. 🚀Culture/Engagement Employee engagement and culture departments focus on improving employee morale, engagement, and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic objectives. 🚀Learning & Development L&D managers help organizations design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and improve performance. 🚀Organizational Design HR strategy and organizational design managers help companies align their HR policies and structure with business goals, design organizational frameworks, and manage workforce planning. Education Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Sociology is typically required for most HR roles. Degrees in organizational behavior or industrial relations are also valuable for HR careers. Master’s Degree: For higher-level HR roles, many companies prefer candidates with a Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM), Master’s in Organizational Development, or an MBA with an HR focus. Key Skills: Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, knowledge of recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, data skills, and in some roles, legal knowledge. HR is a field which you can switch to later down the line even without an MBA in HR. Many opt for a senior position in HR after trying out business verticals and getting an understanding of the domain which then gives them a clear idea of ideal candidates - they become part of hiring teams. Some opt for short courses to facilitate the switch. #hr #talent #hiring #career #mba #work #job #management #linkedin #india
