There are many ways to enjoy specialty coffee and play around with flavour perception, ranging from using different-shaped cups to even aerating coffee. But a tasting flight might be considered the “ultimate” experience. Common in the wine and craft beer industries too, tasting menus or flights allow customers to sample a selection of coffee beverages – including espresso, filter, and milk-based drinks. Baristas can also have the freedom to be as creative as they want with these menu options. Serving different processing methods, origins, and varieties can be a unique way to showcase the full spectrum of flavour and mouthfeel. So as increasingly rare and exclusive coffees become more popular, tasting flights could be a useful tool for cafés and roasters to introduce more people to specialty coffee. In today’s article, Thomas Wensma speaks to Reef Bessette, co-founder of The Coffee Movement, and Amy Chow, Marketing Officer at Moving Coffee LTD, to find out more. #PerfectDailyGrind #CoffeeFlight #SpecialtyCoffee 👉 https://lnkd.in/d4Vm2BTr

Which Beverages do you like most? As for me I like coffee. How did coffee come into existence? Coffee as a matter of facts was discovered by an Ethiopian goatherd named Khalid in the 16 century, he noticef how excited his goats were after they had eaten coffee cherries. Later on he told the monks in Yemen who at first never believed him until they also tasted it, they monks wanted to burn coffee because they thought it's a drug and so they threw it in fire and smelt an awesome scent which made them attracted to the coffee and so they tasted and they also became active and they were able to recite their prayers without sleep and getting tired. the rest became history. What is a beverage? A beverage is a drink, and coffee to be a drink brewing of a freshly grinded roasted coffee beans is required. Types of coffee beverages they're two types 1. Espresso/Black based coffees 2. Milk based Coffees 1. Espresso Based Examples this are coffees without any milk only water and coffee regardless of the Brewing method.
