Sr. VP., Chief Customer Service & Supply Chain Officer at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

Great to start the week with Reuters Events in Amsterdam for Supply Chain Europe 2024. I spoke with Maria Villablanca about how customers and consumers are at the heart of everything we do at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.   Here are some key points from our discussion:   ·      At CCEP, we say that our people either sell, or help sell. That focus and commitment to our customers informs everything we do. Like everyone at CCEP, I make sure to spend time in the market and with our frontline colleagues, who know our customers better than anyone.   ·      Cross functional working is key. We work closely with colleagues in Commercial and across the business to make sure we’re getting the right drinks, to the right customers, on time.   ·      Technology is helping us serve our customers even better. Whether it’s demand planning using AI or digital twins of our factories to optimise performance, we’re embracing technology across our supply chain.   ·      Our greatest strength is our people – our 42,000 colleagues across our markets. For all that we discussed processes, technology and innovation – everything we do is made possible by our great people   ·      Sustainability is important to our customers, colleagues and communities. We’re reducing our use of packaging, reducing the amount of sugar in our drinks and protecting water sources   I hope everyone enjoyed the session!   #SCEU24
