Useful tips.Absolutely love this! 🙌 Naming and understanding emotions is such a powerful tool for self-growth and leadership. It’s incredible how much we can transform when we acknowledge what we’re feeling instead of letting it control us. It allows us to respond more intentionally, especially in high-pressure situations. I practice mindfulness and journaling to increase my emotional awareness—really helps me understand the "why" behind my emotions and leads to clearer decision-making.

When you start with becoming aware and then being able to name the emotion, you will be half way through to achieve emotional intelligence!
