Today, let's dig deeper into these mistakes so you can stay clear of them and grow your coaching business. When I started using the "Client Enrollment Express" Framework I'm teaching you, I made some big mistakes that cost me time and money. These errors not only hurt my business but also stressed me out. Here are the 3 big mistakes I made: Mistake #1 - Focusing on the Wrong Stuff: I wasted time in groups where everyone was trying to be the expert. Instead, I should have looked for places where I could stand out. Mistake #2 - Skipping Research: I didn't take the time to learn about what my ideal clients liked or where they hung out online. This made it hard to connect with the right people. Mistake #3 - Getting Frustrated and Slacking Off: I got frustrated and stopped doing important things, like setting up my lead funnel right. That meant I missed chances to talk to potential clients. These mistakes made me feel bad about myself and my business. But with help from a mentor, I fixed them and things got better. Shifting your focus as needed should be the norm. So when I was launch this offer and the sales conversation shifted to a higher ticket, I sold what was the perfect fit for these clients. Because being able to shift strategies as you implement ANYTHING IN YOUR BUSINESS should be the norm. And bringing dream clients to their perfect fit offers should be the norm. Sabotaging your 6-figure business before you even build it? I see these red flags every day with struggling service providers. I’m sharing it publicly because if you see yourself in these predictors, there’s still time to turn the ship around. Warning signs you’ll never hit 6 figures (while working part-time): 1️⃣ You’re stuck trading time for dollars and can’t imagine a different way. All your offers are contingent on more of your TIME. 2️⃣ Fear runs through your business decisions. You lower your prices for certain contracts because you’re scared they’ll find someone else cheaper. You take on clients who aren’t ideal because you don’t know when the next client will come around. 3️⃣ Your lead generation looks like this: stay consistent for a few weeks when you need a new client, ghost your audience when you’re busy, repeat. 4️⃣ You treat marketing like an option, not a necessity. You create content on the fly, occasionally engage with your audience and don’t prioritize connection. 5️⃣ Time management? Sometimes. But mostly you work reactively instead of proactively, letting your days run you. 6️⃣ When things go wrong, you blame the algorithm, the economy, the “saturated” market, election season - everything except your own choices. So this leaves me with one question. Do you WANT a 6-figure business? If the answer is YES, then I want you to sit with this: You can’t fix what you won’t acknowledge. Want to turn this around?
