Solving Coverage Gaps with Virtual Behavioral Health Programs When an 84-bed behavioral health hospital faced challenges in maintaining consistent psychiatric coverage, we partnered with them to implement a fully virtual behavioral health program tailored to their unique needs. By working hand-in-hand with on-site teams, we reimagined care delivery to prioritize efficiency and patient outcomes. The results? A 20% reduction in the hospital’s average length of stay, better access to care, and improved operational workflows. Curious how this model could work for your facility? Read the case study to explore how we brought this vision to life. Let’s chat to see how we can discuss your needs.

Recovery from addiction continues to be less well understood than addiction itself, so I’m looking forward to presenting the science of recovery in KY at the end of August. I plan to discuss how providers of all kinds can make recovery more attainable if we assess for strengths, model what works, use evidence-based modalities, and coach folks seeking change on how to tap into those strengths. Maybe this sounds like what you are doing? If so I’d love to hear from you, because your program would be an exception! This begs another question: Why do programs keep using less than effective approaches? The answer is actually simple: misaligned incentives. I’ve seen this all over the US, especially where private equity is involved. Come on out to Lexington! :-)
Meet Kurt Lebeck, one of many expert speakers lined up for #ReachForRecovery24. Kurt D. Lebeck, MSW, MA, is a substance use and co-occurring disorders (SUCOD) recovery scientist specializing in recovery-oriented program development and implementation. Kurt draws on his own and others’ lived experiences of recovery, resilience, and flourishing, including managing chronic pain, to improve behavioral health programs and policies. He incorporates organizational, social, and individual change theories to enhance the responsiveness of treatment providers and behavioral health systems to the needs of those in their care. During the conference, Kurt will present the seminar "Recovery Capital."
