👋Hello! ️ With my 4th week back at Cybercare wrapping up, I’m buzzing with excitement and gratitude. Returning to this dynamic company feels like coming home, and I couldn’t be happier. After an eventful year of new challenges in marketing, I was anxious about making another shift. But guess what? I can now confidently say that I was—and am—ready for what's yet to come. Being a "newbie" again has reignited a spark I didn’t realize I missed. Even with some new faces around, Cybercare’s spirit remains unchanged. Just yesterday, we tackled a technical issue, and within 20 minutes post-meeting, we had a solution! If Cybercare were a speedometer, our starting point would be 120 km/h instead of the common 0 km/h. In the past few weeks, I was able to: >Attend ±70 meetings >Hire new team members (1/2 done) >Re-join the ambassador group >Conduct a performance review while also reviewing competency matrices >Write a short brief to promote our team >Prepare to moderate an internal company event And it's only the beginning. Furthermore, let’s talk about AI—a hot topic these days. I feel privileged to be part of this revolutionary field, contributing to changes that are reshaping our world. Ever joked about AI doing your laundry while leaving the creative work to us humans? Well, that’s pretty much my job now—automating monotonous tasks to boost efficiency. Even last week, one of my direct reports presented a couple of projects she completed, reducing the task duration from 80 hours to 30 minutes for one task, and from 30 hours to 20 minutes for another. So yes, AI is already “doing our laundry”! Summa summarum, working alongside such talented and driven individuals is a true blessing. The future is now, and the future is US. Huge thanks to Darius Dagys for inviting me to (re)join his team, it is lovely to be back!
