If you've worked with CloudNine's Support Team, you know they set us apart. If you haven't worked with them yet, it's probably because our software is just that awesome, and you are awesome, too. From moody files that don't want to be imaged to Windows permissions and workflow ideas, the Support Team has seen it all. Chatbots and web forms are cool, but a live human being you can screenshare with - right now? That's better. After every support call the customer is invited to give feedback via a quick survey and leave comments. On a scale of 1-7, with seven being the bestest, most outstanding support in human history, customers rate their experience with us. I'm sharing the last three months with you at the end of the post.
