Practitioners submit applications for #digitalbadges with evidence supporting the targeted competency at the desired level of competence. Issued badges link to the validated evidence, which includes the endorsement of a professional colleague or mentor. A transparent and authentic implementation of #openbadges that's true to the original vision that Mozilla Foundation had for opening up recognition . It's from our innovative colleagues at Coalition ontarienne de formation des adultes (COFA). The badge system is based on a unique competency framework for adult educators that will soon be translated to English. COFA plans to roll out a similar program later for their adult learners, based on Ontario Adult Literacy Curriculum Framework (OALCF). The Reason for happiness😅, I am not got a better rank but still i happy because my journey with self-study.I am normal and struggler student, not a better or topper. I like self-study so i wanted to crack gate exam with self-study.Yes, I known this was tough task for me but i wanted to develop our thought and match with topper. In duration of self-study, i learned many of things, in academic duration, I prepared notes with college library books 📚 and after that remaining content with the help of you tube channel Gate Academy and others. My started morning with a lot of questions and end of day with many of doubts, when i had gone to on bed then i was thought that "kya mai shi raste pr hu" and after two or three days I got, no this is wrong path and then I come back to our right path.Many of doubtfull questions comes but i resolved this with experience. Yes,  In mid journey i wanted a person which help me but no one could help me. I practiced workbook questions which gives free by different academy.I gave test series of ACE academy which helps me improvement from many mistakes and i am a technical expert in Chegg this also help me financial and maintain to confidence in our content. No mentor, No any courses, just with the help of my notes 📖 ,you tube and textbook. My Mom 📚 says that if you love me then no one can beat to you.I love Mom 📚 which helped me in my journey. So thanks to Mom 📚 and also thanks for connections which motivates me and thankyou so much Umesh Dhande sir and Kavindra krishna sir which gives better content in free on the you tube.
