The applications Customized Energy Systems supports include ‘peak shaving’, in which the battery system absorbs short energy peaks in demand, allowing (temporarily) higher loads on a limited grid connection. In case there is no utility grid available the system will form its own grid, allowing PV, wind or Genset to feed into this stand-alone grid, and loads to feed from this grid.
