Pick a Book is on a mission to collect 100,000 books to support children in need. Here's how you can help: 1- Drop off your used or brand-new books at Barista, Softlogic Glomark, or OGF. 2- If you're a company and would like to contribute, we can organize a donation drive at your workplace. What is a brand? It's more than just a logo, right? - it's how people FEEL when they see it! But do most real estate companies even HAVE A BRAND, by this definition? 🤔 I believe that ALMOST NO REAL ESTATE COMPANY has bothered to create a real "brand," and communicate a particular brand value to their customers. And as a result, most buyers or sellers view real estate services as a commodity, and see no meaningful difference between one agent and the next (and especially see no real difference between one brokerage and another). Even in the industry, our coaches tell us "the company doesn't matter, it's the agent." Does any buyer or seller even care what sign is in the ground in front of the home they are selling, touring, etc.? WHY NOT? I'd venture to say those same clients ABSOLUTELY DO CARE what logo is on their car, their computer, their shoes, or any number of other things in their lives! So why not the real estate company they are paying thousands, or even tens of thousands, of dollars to for their services? 💰 Well, I'm on a mission to change this by starting The REAL Difference! Our whole industry just got sued because we are so bad at communicating with our clients. So let's CHANGE THE NARRATIVE and the story we are telling them! We are out to create a brand that speaks to customers and to the community in a very different way, that inspires real brand loyalty by offering unique value to our clients and customers. I want buyers to drive by our signs and stop 🛑 , because THAT sign means something more to them than any other real estate sign in the neighborhood 🤩Can we really create that? I think so.
