SEO is not a performance marketing tool. I just listened to the latest Got Marketing? episode with Mia Fileman and Erin Stafford and almost injured my neck, nodding furiously to everything being said. They spoke about the difference between brand and performance marketing, how performance marketing is becoming harder to measure and how they can work together to get the best results. I've always seen SEO as a brand marketing tool, so much so that I wrote an article about it in Smart Company. Give it a read here - https://lnkd.in/giXjeikH Listen to the podcast episode here - https://lnkd.in/g4XqWW5p #SEO #Marketing #BrandMarketing #SEOStrategy
