Make plans to re-engage those shoppers who missed out on your Black Friday deals with Cyber Monday offers. Here are some ideas to maximize your BFCM sales: 1️⃣ Follow-up with Black Friday shoppers by targeting those who browsed but didn’t buy. Use subject lines like: “Still thinking about it? Here’s something extra for Cyber Monday!” 2️⃣ Offer exclusive Cyber Monday deals. For example, sweeten the pot with a limited-time discount or free shipping. Make select customers feel special with a VIP offer. 3️⃣ Create Urgency by using countdown timers in your emails and on your landing pages. Phrases like “Last chance!” or “Ends tonight!” can nudge indecisive shoppers. 4️⃣ Personalize based on Black Friday behavior. If they browsed but didn’t purchase, mention the product and offer a discount. If they already bought, upsell with complementary products. Brands, don't run a pre-Black Friday Offer.. Here's why 👇🏼 Brands that run a pre-Black Friday offer lower than their actual Black Friday/Cyber Monday offer will diminish CLTV. Imagine you bought a sweater at 20% off with the pre-Black Friday offer, and come Cyber Monday, the same product is 50% off. You're not going to be happy, are you? I've seen quite a few brands do this last year. If you plan on implementing a strategy like this, it’s best to set clear expectations with your customers.
