🎉 Throwback to Our Career Fair with TPN 🎉 Recently, I revisited some photos from our career fair with the Tegaru Professionals Network. It was an inspiring event where we connected talented students with opportunities to advance their careers. Definitely a day where we turned “I don’t know what I want to be when I grow up” into “I’m going to be the next big thing!” The energy in the room was electric as students met and interacted with professionals from diverse backgrounds. You could see their eyes light up when they realized success comes in many forms—not just the usual lawyer, doctor, or engineer! They were inspired to hear stories from people who come from similar backgrounds as them and are thriving in unique and exciting careers. This just goes to show that representation matters, and it can open doors to possibilities students may have never considered! Check out some highlights from the day! 🎯 Maximizing Recruiting Impact Through Career Fairs and Beyond 🎯 The latest data from NACE’s 2024 Student Survey report shows that career fairs are still among the most effective ways to connect with student talent. With over 51% of surveyed students attending a career fair in the past year, 45% received an interview offer, and nearly 25% were offered a job after the event.
