The Johari Window is a tool to help us understand ourselves better. It has four parts: 1. Open Area: What we and others know about us. 2. Blind Spot: What others know about us, but we don't. 3. Hidden Area: What we know about ourselves but keep secret. 4. Unknown Area: What no one knows about us, including ourselves. By sharing more with others and seeking their feedback, we can discover more about ourselves and improve our relationships.
