After 17 years, the #MentalHealthAct is finally being updated to bring it into the 21st century, including removing police stations as safe locations for people experiencing a #MentalHealth crisis. The strain put on our police forces by non-emergency calls is growing and it should be a much louder conversation. We gathered FOI stats from constabularies across the UK and the results were shocking. A existing solution, that would instantly provide support already exists.
