Be aware that the public comment portion of the meeting with occur at a slightly later time at around 7:30 or 8 p.m. to accommodate agenda items remaining from the Nov. 19 meeting. On the agenda to discuss, among other items: ➡️ Vacating certain right-of-way within the Grace Community Church Second Subdivision. ➡️ Supplemental budget and appropriation for the annual citywide year-end appropriations. ➡️ Forensic audit of the Loveland Urban Renewal Authority. Please note, the Lakeview public hearing item that appears on this meeting's agenda may be continued to Dec. 10 to align with procedural requirements and will not be discussed.
