We are happy to share the M&A WORLDWIDE Food and Beverage Industry Report for Q2 2024! The report examines the food and beverage industry, with a particular emphasis on the US and EU markets. Despite a challenging environment, the Food and Beverage Sectors showed resilience with steady M&A values in 2023, focusing on vertical integration, non-core disposals, and sustainability. M&A value grew in the Beverage Sector, driven by consolidation in vintners and a consumer shift towards premium and health-conscious beverages. In the Food Retail Sector there was a shift towards consolidation deals to manage costs and improve efficiencies amid rising inflation and competitive pressures.
