We have a few places left for this course, so if you’re a pbs practitioner and you haven’t had any formal training in functional behaviour assessment check this out. As well as taking you through a range of tools, we also work through formulation and intervention planning. Knowing the function of a behaviour is necessary but not sufficient alone to get the right strategies and supports in place. The Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) aims to always place the employers at the heart of the local skills and training system. What is the Marches LSIP’s? Marches LSIP’s is part of a National Programme for the Department of Education and covers Herefordshire, Shropshire, and Telford & Wrekin. The lead for the project is Shropshire Chamber of Commerce. Marches LSIP’s Stage 1 (Winter 2022 - Spring 2023) saw 463 businesses across the Marches interviewed to understand their current skills shortages plus future skills and training needs. The report was written by the private sector, then approved and published by UK Government. What is the purpose of the Marches LSIP’s Stage 2?…Change The collective business voice has already brought change, new courses, new methods, and new facilities.
